When: Sat 16th and Sun 17th March 2019
Where: Basildon Sporting Village, Cranes Farm Road, Basildon
Age groups: 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14+ (ages as at 17th March 2019)
Entry cost: £5.50 per event entered
Qualifying times: ALL entries must be slower than the published times (see below)
Closing date: Entries must be given to Rhianna, or placed in the post box in the clubroom, by FRIDAY 4th JANUARY 2019. No late entries will be accepted.
Payment: Your entry will not be submitted until payment for gala entry fees has been received. You can pay by cash, BACS or cheque. If paying by check, please do not submit entries on closing date; allow time for payment to clear first.
