About the course:

The RLSS UK National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) is the most awarded lifeguarding qualification in the United Kingdom and Ireland.

The NLPQ course duration is a maximum of 36 hours and course content covers:

• The lifeguard, swimming pool and supervision
• Intervention
• Rescue and emergency action plan
• Cardiopulmonary resuscitation, AED and first aid

Course Dates:

Saturday 28th March – Thursday 2nd April – 8am-5pm
Assessment on Thursday 2nd April – Runnymede Pool
